Scammer buyer ATTENTION!!!

Good morning everyone,
on November 19, 2024 I sold a German helmet for the sum of 206 euros, shipping included. After the item was paid for, I shipped it abroad (Spain).
On November 22, 2024 the item was reported lost at the international processing center in Milan. After about a month, in December 2024, and after the buyer opened a dispute, I was forced to fully refund the amount (losing both the item and the profit).
Yesterday, 28/04/2025, I noticed that the user who had bought my item was magically selling it (so it had been delivered to him).
I asked eBay for help but the response was vague and not very satisfactory, and after contacting the scammer I will also go to a Carabinieri or Postal Police station to file a formal complaint against the buyer.
Has anyone had similar experiences and if so, how did you solve it?
P.S.: for those who are wondering, YES the item was mine because inside it there is the name of the soldier who wore it and I still keep the photos from my sale.

Mentore1 year agoSe l’oggetto risultava smarrito, c’era l’obbligo di rimborso.
L’unica cosa che oggi potresti fare è la denuncia per appropriazione indebita, anche se dubito possa avere anche minimi effetti in un altro paese.

ho omesso di inserire che l'acquirente si trova in Italia, difatti gli oggetti che vende provengono da Catania.
Comunque accetterò il tuo consiglio. Grazie
