Buyer wants to cancel an order that has already been shipped
I sold a perfume and I’ve already shipped it. The buyer changed their mind and wants to cancel the transaction. What do I do since I’ve already shipped it?

Mentore1 year agoTell them that you can no longer cancel.
If you really want to meet them halfway, tell them you’re willing to partially refund them as soon as you’ve received the return.
