Buyer wants a return but the product isn't the one I shipped

Good evening, I sold a phone to a buyer abroad. I sent photos of the phone and the accessories I was sending him by message. 24 hours after the package was delivered, he sends me a return request and attaches a photo of a phone that doesn’t even seem to be the same model as the one I shipped, claiming that it has a screen lock and he can’t use it. Has this ever happened to anyone? Attached are the item I sold and the photo he used for the claim

Mentore1 year agoAppeal, by contacting support and explaining what happened in detail.
There are grounds for being compensated.

Mentore1 year agoDespite all this, you’ll have to take it back and hope it’s worth at least the cost of the return label you’ll have to send them.
