Hello, lately, I often find myself dealing with buyers (almost always "new" or with low ranking) who make purchase offers that, once accepted, disappear, obviously don’t pay, and don’t respond to any request for information.The only thing to do is wait for the technical time limits and then cancel... and republish the item...But it’s frustrating... Does this happen to you too?The only thing you can do at this point is avoid "offers" and go with only "Buy It Now" with immediate payment required... but that’s a limitation...Is it possible that eBay doesn’t have useful "tools" to protect sellers and fight these people? They even removed the ability to leave negative feedback for buyers...So they remain unpunished and keep bothering sellers constantly...How do you handle it?thanks.
