buy from a seller in Ukraine?
Good evening, I would like to buy some items from Ukraine. Do you know exactly how it works if the parcel arrives after more than 30 days and if the actual item purchased is not inside the package? Can I still ask for a refund, or after 30 days can I no longer do so? The seller has "eBay guarantee" but I don't understand exactly how much protection I have. Sorry to bother you

Also consider that you'll have to pay 22% VAT, any duties, and customs clearance fees.
