Good morning, I should say that I am a buyer with a professional eBay account with VAT number. I would like to buy a good from a professional seller (with VAT number) in an EU country but not pay VAT, and then have my accountant pay it in Italy. How can I do this since the amount to pay always remains the one with VAT in the cart.
