Return label purchased, item shipped and delivered but it doesn't seem

Good evening,I purchased 3 labels to make 3 returns to the same seller. 2 went through successfully, delivered and refunded, the third did not! I keep getting emails from ibay reminding me to ship the return. Meanwhile, on the postal service website it shows as delivered. Rightly, the seller can't refund me like this. What should I do?
