Bought item, but never shipped, seller and eBay missing!!

Hello, I purchased an item on January 19, but it was never shipped. I wrote to the seller and later opened a refund request. Neither the seller nor eBay have ever replied to me, and it’s now March 22!!! What should I do?

Se apri una segnalazione per oggetto non ricevuto e, dopo 21 giorni, non la trasformi in controversia per farti rimborsare, per ebay la questione è chiusa.
