Bought item, but never shipped, seller and eBay missing!!
Hello, I purchased an item on January 19, but it was never shipped. I wrote to the seller and later opened a refund request. Neither the seller nor eBay have ever replied to me, and it’s now March 22!!! What should I do?

Mentore6 months agoIf you open a report for an item not received and, after 21 days, you don't turn it into a dispute to get a refund, for eBay the matter is closed.
You can contact PayPal or try a chargeback through your credit card.
