Hello everyone, I’d need your advice. I won an auction on December 11, 2024, for a smartphone from a user who lives in Spain. I made the payment right away with Paypal and that same evening he provided the tracking number. When I click on check shipment, it still says today “shipping code provided” but it doesn’t seem like anything has moved. I click on the tracking and it takes me to the Seur.com site and there I enter the requested details and it tells me "We haven’t found any shipment with this identifier". It’s true that the package could arrive as late as the 23rd and with the delays even later.....but what worries me is that today I received a small cardboard envelope with two little packets inside and a small cardboard box containing staples....and this envelope came to me from Spain. Of course I haven’t made any other purchases from Spain.I contacted the seller, who I have to say was very kind and replied right away, and he directed me to the site www.packlink.es to track the package.I repeat, I wouldn’t have been alarmed if it weren’t for the fact that today I received this strange envelope (I’m attaching a photo) from Spain containing this kind of staples. What should I do? Of course I’m waiting....but I’m afraid I’ve been ripped off.
