Bought a TV from Yeppon, never shipped, received a refund instead of the item | Questions and answers among users

Hello, on 20/05 I bought a Samsung TV from Yeppon-Shop as per the featured offer; I also took advantage of the Ebay promotion -15%, total paid about €501.Delivery by May 29, but soon after, a few days later, I read in the tracking that "Contact BRT Branch". I notify the seller but nothing, in the end I call BRT myself and they tell me that no parcel corresponds to the indicated code. I report it again to the seller, both in chat and by phone support. They tell me they need to do checks. We are already well into June, I report the anomaly to ebay, then we open the dispute, YEPPON after days says that the package is lost, ebay instead writes that no package corresponds to the shipping code. Today, June 12, Ebay authorizes the refund to Yeppon, something I had explicitly ruled out, since the item is still more than available on Yeppon's showcase, therefore ready for a new shipment to me. I contact Ebay support, they talk about procedures but do not make sure that YEPPON has actually verified with BRT that the package was "lost", they trust what they say, close the dispute and authorize a refund that I had expressly not requested. What's more, I lose €80 in discount that I will no longer be able to use. Is this ebay? A platform that allows professional sellers like Yeppon to do whatever they want? Even bypassing the most basic laws of Commerce regulated by the Italian State? All this crap just to then vent on a poor girl in Albania who doesn't know what to answer you even though she understands you? Where are the Ebay managers, speak up if you have a shred of professionalism. And meanwhile Yeppon is still there, selling on ebay and taking the mickey out of users, of EBAY!!!!
