Purchases with free shipping for sellers
Good morning everyone,
a couple of days ago I placed an order and completed the payment through the eBay smartphone app, which offered me free shipping since I’m also a seller. So I paid the amount shown on the order invoice, which is now marked as "paid", but a little while ago the seller contacted me asking me to pay for shipping. Aside from the fact that, since I’ve already paid for the order, the system obviously doesn’t give me any option to make another payment, I don’t see why I should still have to shell out more money on top of what I’ve already paid. It seems to me there’s an obvious communication problem between eBay and sellers on this matter... has this happened to anyone else?

you should clarify who offered you the shipping... the eBay app?
If the item you bought (you can see it in the listing) included shipping and for some bug in the system you didn't pay it because it was "offered by the app", maybe it's worth contacting support:

It seems strange to me that if shipping is предусмотрed, the system allows you not to pay for it...
