Purchases with Mondial Relay - InPost shipping
Hi!
Purchase made with a seller who ships via Mondial Relay (in Italy handled by InPost).
This had not been specified in the purchase, where I had indicated my home delivery address.
The contact details on eBay were not up to date, so the code did not arrive, and therefore I can’t pick up the item.
InPost cannot modify the contact details.
The seller can’t either.
How can I get the codes sent to the updated new contact details?
