MULTIPLE PURCHASES
Hello, I have had a problem for a few days with my sales, some sellers are telling me that I have disabled discounts for multiple shipments, basically they don't have the option to request the total with a single shipping cost.
Another buyer also told me that this was happening to others.
Has this happened to you or do you have any news about it?
Do you know how to fix it!

Mentore3 years agoIf they don't have the option to ask you for the total, it's because they're using the app... if they did it from a PC, that wouldn't happen.
Anyway, try checking whether you've changed something in your settings...
