Good evening,I’ve set up multiple purchases on all my listings with a discount applied: the more they buy, the higher the discount.I have a buyer who would like to buy six things from me and therefore get a very big discount, but when he puts everything in the cart he also receives a single shipment at the end, but he doesn’t see the discount, meaning he sees the total price of all the items without the discount.It’s also true that he’s using the phone app and I’m using a tablet to read it, but we don’t know how to complete the purchase because he can’t receive the discount that he does see clearly on my listings.Is it a matter of having to use the computer as with other things, or is there a button or something to press that we can’t see?if anyone can help me, thanks
