hi, I read that for an item purchase the seller already states that they do not accept returns in case the item has any problems. Since they don’t accept returns, is it still possible to get a refund? And above all, he didn’t write that there was no written warranty, I noticed it as soon as the product arrived. I asked the seller why he didn’t include the warranty and he said that there isn’t one, if it’s a new product? Can I ask for at least a partial refund? 50%?

Mentore2 years agoOnly a private seller can state that they do not accept returns for a change of mind.
A private seller is not required to offer a warranty on the products sold.
They cannot even transfer the warranty they had at the time they bought the item, since it is a contract between seller and buyer that is not transferable.
So it was obvious that there would be no warranty, and you cannot now ask for any kind of refund for this reason.
