Hello, I was contacted by the seller whom I asked for a refund because my purchase has neither been shipped nor delivered, and today he contacts me writing that he had problems with his eBay account and giving me his mobile number not in digits but in letters, where he tells me that if I want I can go ahead with the order what should I do? Thanks I await a reply

Mentore2 years agoIf he is trying to take you to an off-eBay transaction, tell him to forget it and that, if he doesn't want to ship, he has to go ahead and cancel the order.
