Purchase charged but it doesn't appear in my purchases
Today, 19.10.2023, I made a purchase of 54.65 euros, but it doesn't appear in my purchases on eBay. In fact, the app froze, it doesn't show up on PayPal, but it does show up on my bank, and right after that I received the positive message that the payment had gone through, so the payment shows as completed but not the purchase. What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf you made the payment via PayPal, but the transaction doesn't show up in your PayPal account, contact PayPal customer support.
