Buying a dryer
Good morning, I would like to buy a dryer on eBay, but if it arrives damaged or not working, who should I contact, eBay or the seller? Also, does the warranty start at the time of purchase in this case with Electrolux? Thanks for the answer.

Mentore2 years agoIf it arrives not as ordered (damaged or not working), you can contact ebay for a return at the seller’s expense and a refund. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0
For service center warranties, it’s better to ask for the invoice at the time of purchase (it’s also recommended to do this before making the purchase).
