Purchase batteries for photovoltaic system
I bought some batteries for solar power about 6 months ago and unfortunately after just 6 months the batteries stopped working. I tried to contact the seller but eBay tells me that the site no longer exists. I would like to know how to get my money back or receive assistance from eBay. I don't know what to do, if someone could advise me, thanks

eBay can provide assistance exclusively within the first 30 days of purchase... in fact, it can guarantee that the delivered item is compliant, but it cannot guarantee the item over time since eBay did not sell you anything.
The only one who can offer you the legal guarantee is the seller alone if, of course, they are a professional and based in the EU... but there is a fundamental problem: after 6 months it is your responsibility to prove that the batteries had a manufacturing defect, since with a battery it depends on proper use, the type of charge it received, discharge cycles, having received power surges, or other reasons.
You understand that this is a complicated situation and enforcing the warranty is practically impossible.
