Purchase of a new phone arrived without warranty
I bought a new cell phone but the warranty receipt for two years has not arrived. I have already contacted the seller, who hasn't replied since yesterday.

Mentore1 year agoOnly professional EU sellers are required to provide the 24-month legal warranty.
If you bought from a private seller or a non-EU seller, there is no warranty.
A receipt or invoice is not mandatory in online commerce and, if desired, it must be requested before or at the time of purchase.
