Hello! I bought 5 items from the same seller last week. I asked to recalculate the total price for “combined shipping”. That was done, and the items were paid for and shipped as combined shipping last Monday. They then arrived on Friday, obviously in one package, without any problems.Nevertheless, the site still shows the shipment as “separate”, with only 1 item delivered.I couldn’t find any options to reset the sale status as “completed”.I left positive feedback yesterday for each item and the seller left me feedback today (which is odd if the site itself is showing me the transaction as not yet fully completed).I thought I would go up 5 points in my feedback score, 1 for each positive feedback received (that is, I seem to remember it working that way) but I only went up by 1.I contacted the seller to report the problem and he confirms it, also saying that this has never happened to him in many years.Who made the mistake? The seller? The buyer? The courier? A bug?But above all, since there is no real problem in the transaction and we are all happy, buyer and seller, how do you fix it? Is it possible?Thanks.
