Purchase as an unregistered user, but no package arrives
I buy as an unregistered user, so as a guest....the package becomes a ghost package, I have no way to check the order number because in my purchases section it no longer exists ...in the meantime though the money has been taken from my credit card ...e bay tries to help me asking for my email but sends to it an inexistent link

it would be good practice to read eBay's rules before setting out to buy as a guest... and then complain about not being able to keep track of the purchase.
If you registered afterwards, you might as well register BEFORE!
