purchase as unregistered user not received
Good morning, in November I made a purchase as an unregistered user. The item never arrived. The seller, relying on the tracking, believes they are in the right and suggests that I contact eBay, but I can't figure out how to get in touch with eBay, can someone help me? Thanks
