At my request, you contacted me on 24/06 and 26/06/26 regarding a purchase I made from the seller on 12/03/2026.As previously mentioned, my car broke down on 17/03 because of a fuel pump failure. I picked up the car on 18/06. It was therefore impossible for me to have the air conditioning compressor I had purchased fitted before Monday 22/06. Obviously the return period had expired (max 90 days - 12/06/2026). I would like to point out that I received the package opened and damaged, which is why I do not know whether the product works or not. There are consumer rights regulated by current laws. The compressor turned out to be unsuitable: this was after receiving confirmation from the seller that the product was compliant, after I had sent model, fuel, license plate, year, engine size and horsepower. After speaking with you, you confirmed that return policies count for more than non-compliance. You therefore confirmed to me that the seller's protection, in the face of the usual procedures and bureaucracy, is more important than common sense and transparency, with the result that the buyer ends up wasting money - Well, I take note, but neither you nor, even less, the seller make a very good impression.Regards,Andrea
