Leaving aside the issue of additional expenses (customs: Euro 34.36 because the item came from India, but the cost included shipping and home delivery) I requested clarification several times from eBay and the seller about how the machine works. No one bothered to reply. I have been registered on eBay since 2012, and I have bought a lot, but I realize that this site is overrated and has gotten worse over the years: so well known, so many bombardments of offers, but terrible service, superficial, and total lack of customer support. I think I’ll delete my account from the site.
