Good evening everyone. This is the first time I’ve accessed this service and, to be honest, it all seems like a nightmare to me. I bought through eBay a fairly bulky and heavy product in PAGANI(SA) and I found myself having to go and pick it up on site from Trieste. Maybe it was written somewhere, but I assure you, in a very not obvious way: in fact, if I had known আগে, I could not have bought the item because I am 90 years old and I’m not able to drive 910 km by car to go there. The thing seems "Martian" to me because I’ve been buying online for more than forty years and this has never happened to me. I kindly asked the seller if he can send me the items I bought and I hope he does (all at my expense, of course) and if he doesn’t want to do it (or the price would be exorbitant) I will probably have a hundred problems to withdraw from the purchase.) I am shocked that eBay does not have customer service and that for any problem, such as mine, one has to rely on the help of other customers. Mine is obviously a rant, but I think that having written this much I will try to withdraw from the purchase.
