Purchase with a backstory
Good morning, I bought a smartphone from a private seller who shipped it to me, it arrived and in the meantime Ebay closed his account, after which he asked me to return it or to report that the product had not arrived (the listing said that he did not accept returns), since Ebay does not release the payment to him, now he is threatening me with legal action against Ebay and also against me because he says I am on Ebay's side. It seems like a rather colorful story to me. Has this ever happened to anyone?
