Purchase by a buyer from a country to which I technically don't ship

Question

Good morning, a buyer from a country not included in my shipping list has bought an item from me and is asking if I can ship it anyway. Ebay sent the message that I don't ship to his country, but in reality I simply made a mistake by not putting that country in the shipping list. How can I change this list of countries with the item that shows as sold? Thank you for your help

Thank you for your helpYou can't; if the buyer hasn't yet completed the payment form, you can send them the correct invoice with the updated shipping costs for their country... or else cancel the sale and correct the listing... then they can make the purchase again.Best regards.
