Purchase of a scooter

Good evening, I wanted to ask whether the eBay customer guarantee applies in the case of purchasing an electric scooter.

In the guarantee notes themselves, I read that it concerns motor vehicles and recreational vehicles

Can anyone confirm this for me or not?

eBay customer guarantee is limited to guaranteeing that an item arrives and that it matches what is stated in the listing (which is why it lasts only 30 days). It cannot be applied to registered goods such as motor vehicles, etc., but it does apply to electric scooters.

Be careful because the eBay guarantee is not the seller's legal warranty (the 24-month one); the warranty is a consumer right when buying from professional sellers with their registered office in an EU country. If the seller is Chinese or a private individual, there is no warranty at all.

I meant that as far as motor vehicles and recreational vehicles are concerned, it can’t be applied, but for electric scooters yes or no?
