On the 10th of this month, I make a purchase and almost immediately realize that the shipping address was wrong. I immediately tell the seller that it is wrong (4 emails), then I try to cancel the order but right after I get the message rejecting the cancellation because he has already shipped it. I try to make him understand that he can tell the carrier that only the seller can change the final destination. Long story short, this morning he tells me that he has canceled the order and on the site it still shows cancellation rejected. If he doesn’t tell Ebay, I won’t be able to get the refund. The shipment is blocked at GLS headquarters because it hasn’t received any shipping instructions. I wonder whether I’ll ever get to the bottom of this telenovela?.
