PURCHASE OF A STOLEN ITEM
Hello everyone, I need information on how to report to Ebay the purchase of a stolen product regarding a seller who refuses a refund falsely claiming that he himself bought the product before the theft and ruling out that the product sold could be the same one for which the theft was reported.
I believe it is necessary to report to ebay, as well as to the police, the seller’s conduct, as he usually sells similar products without caring (or at least that is what I assume) about their origin.

But eBay will do very little... reporting it to the police is much more important.
