purchase of a dog bed on Produceshop
I bought a dog bed on eBay on 26/10/2023 and today, after more than 30 days, it still hasn't been delivered to me. This store doesn't have a phone number to contact. What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoThe seller is a professional seller still active; on every listing there is his phone number and his email. Since this is information he publishes himself, there is no privacy issue ....

Mentore2 years agoTry sending a message or open a refund request via PayPal or through your credit card (depending on the type of payment you used).

OP2 years agoThere is no delivery date, it shows as never delivered, but it’s impossible to get in touch with the seller

Mentore2 years agoI told you about the "presumed delivery date"... you can find that in your order details... not in the tracking...

Mentore2 years agoIf more than 30 days have passed since the presumed delivery date, eBay can no longer help you.
You need to contact the payment method, dispute on PayPal’s site, or a chargeback on your card.
