Purchase and duties
I made an offer to an American seller for an item, and it was accepted for the amount I proposed.
However, at checkout, the price eBay shows me to pay is higher than the offer.
Could it be that eBay includes payment of the 22% VAT in the payment?
Shipping costs and duties are separate and apart from this.

Mentore2 years agoEBay collects VAT if the total is less than 150 euros.
