Purchase made as a guest
I made a purchase on ebay as a guest, that is, without an account. The item hasn't arrived, but it seems like the purchase doesn't exist since I can't find it in ebay's systems. I'd like to ask for a refund but I don't know how to do it, does anyone have any advice?
