Purchase made in April '24 not received
Hi everyone. I need help! I made a purchase in April for over €150. He shipped it to me but I didn’t receive any delivery notice at home or at the post office and the package was sent back to China. He offered to have me pay half the shipping, but then he told me I had to make another purchase and he can’t send me a separate payment link for shipping only... he says he can’t even give me a refund because the time has expired... the problem is that the back-and-forth is daily and not immediate, and this is making everything drag on! On eBay I can’t find a way to get help!... if it had been just a few euros I would have let it go, but more than €150... if anyone can help me!...

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller proves that the package arrived at your address and they didn’t find you and/or you didn’t pick it up, no one will ever be able to help you get a refund.
Ask him for a new shipment at your expense, which you’ll pay him via PayPal.

OP2 years agoforcing me to make another purchase just to get the
shipping paid..on top of that, with no guarantee that it will send me back ALL of my
order. In the end he would only get a possible negative
feedback from me..ridiculous that eBay won’t let you file a complaint after 90/120
days...

If the seller proves that the package arrived at your address and they didn’t find you and/or you didn’t pick it up, even if you open a dispute within eBay’s time limits, and likewise even if you open a dispute with PayPal (where you would have 180 days), you would lose it.
By only paying for shipping, you don’t really add much to what you’re already risking.
