Purchase made and paid for, after 3 days it tells me that it’s no longer available

Order number: 01-14559-86096Order date: 23 Apr 2026400,00 EURI paid on 23-4 with Paypal and on 27-4, instead of receiving shipping info, it simply tells me: "the product is no longer available". And now he won't reply anymore!Is it possible that through Ebay I have to wait until May 6 to see whether it arrives in the meantime and I can't get my 400€ back.Do you know how to speed up the process in a case like this?thanks
