Purchase made and paid for, after 3 days it tells me that it’s no longer available

I paid on 23-4 with Paypal and on 27-4, instead of receiving shipping info, it simply tells me: "the product is no longer available". And now he won't reply anymore!
Is it possible that through Ebay I have to wait until May 6 to see whether it arrives in the meantime and I can't get my 400€ back.
Do you know how to speed up the process in a case like this?

Mentore5 months agoIf the item is not available, a smart seller cancels the order and the refund is issued immediately.
If the seller does not cooperate, you have to wait for eBay to step in.
eBay cannot intervene without opening the item not received procedure, and you can only open this procedure after the delivery deadline has expired.
