I made a purchase in Great Britain, is it right to pay customs fees directly to DHL after having paid everything to eBay?

Mentore2 years agoIf it’s the seller who left you the latest feedback, he doesn’t use the GSP program, so you didn’t pay eBay any customs charges or duties. If you paid VAT, you can see it here:
In cases where eBay has collected VAT, you will see VAT included in the order total at checkout. Also, the tax invoice will be available for download from the Order Details page of Purchase history.

Did you also pay the customs charges and the carrier?
I don't think so... so yes, it's right to pay DHL what's due for your import.
