Purchase in England from Italy with recipient in London

Question

I’d like to buy an item from England and have it delivered to London to my nephew who lives there, but I’d like to pay from Italy. How can I do that? Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend doing it. There would definitely be some issues with VAT. himario
