Pre-sale purchase, seller no longer responding
I purchased some collectible coins in pre-sale last May, I paid as usual, now the coins have been issued and could be shipped, but the seller (abroad) is no longer giving any news and doesn’t even reply to messages; the purchase doesn’t even appear among those for which I can file a claim for Ebay’s help; what do you recommend I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf you paid with Paypal, open a dispute, or a chargeback on your credit card.
You can't do anything else... other than pay attention next time you buy presales, the listings must meet eBay's rules:
