Purchase iPhone SE-2020
Is it normal for a product sold as new to arrive in a box not of the product's own brand, but above all, in this case an iPhone, to arrive with just the device without the accessories? It seems like a scam to me, especially since the device, after two months, is completely unusable because of the thousand defects that have shown up!

Mentore2 years agoThe phone has been out of production for years, hard to believe it was new. As soon as you received it, did you check when it was registered?

Mentore2 years agoYou wrote that it was sold "like new," which is different from "new"...
So there's no point complaining after two months of use; if you thought it didn't match the description, you should have pointed it out right away.
