purchase never arrived and seller no longer active
good morning everyone
last August 6 I bought a limited edition hotwheels that is coming out this year in PRE-ORDER (and I'll never do it again), I tried to contact the buyer but it shows as deleted and too much time has passed to request a refund.
I can already imagine how this ends, but I wanted to ask for advice if there are any ways to get the money back

Mentore3 years agoMaybe it's already too late even for a dispute on PayPal's site (180 days from payment).
Your only hope, if you paid by credit card, is to get help from the issuing bank to do a chargeback.
Note: Since eBay's buyer protection is very limited in time, pre-sales on eBay are prohibited when the wait for shipping exceeds 30 days.
