purchase never sent.
Purchased an item pre-ordered on 11/02/2025, released in the first week of May, but it still hasn't been shipped yet. I asked the seller to refund me, but as of today I still can't communicate with them.
what should I do?

Mentore1 year agoYour purchase is not covered by the eBay customer guarantee, since on eBay pre-orders for sales and purchases with shipping more than 40 days later are prohibited.

It’s better that you contact the payment method you used: chargeback on the credit card or a dispute on the PayPal site.
