Purchase of damaged electric motor
I opened a dispute for a product that arrived damaged. The seller agreed to take the package back and refund me. What's the problem? The product had a purchase cost of 20 euros, which more or less is the same price as the package, but I asked the seller to provide me with a shipping label, since they are obliged to pay the shipping costs. I asked them about 5 times, but they never replied. I'm trying to get eBay to step in, but the system won't let me continue

If even following the guide you still can’t solve it, at the bottom of it you’ll find the link to have eBay customer service contact you.

OP2 years agoSo in the end it was eBay that sent me the shipping label, but it happened after I wrote to you in the community. The seller should have provided me with the label, but he didn’t want to hear it. Thanks for your reply
