Hi everyone; probably, actually definitely, I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t get users to buy multiple items, and then have them pay only one shipping cost, with the clause "ask the seller for the total." Every time they tell me the system doesn’t let them add up all the items, making them pay, item by item, the shipping for each single item - so every time I create a custom listing for that user, with multiple items and a single shipping charge. I know that multiple items can be combined, I myself buy multiple items, then I ask the seller for the total, I get a single bill and only one shipping charge.

Can someone help me by explaining step by step, every step, so I can solve this little problem of mine ?
