Non-compliant purchase
In November I bought a NEW iPhone 13 Pro, today at an Apple store they told me that the phone is refurbished and was even activated in September 2022. How can I contact eBay?

Mentore1 year agoSold new in 13 pro up to Nov 24 seems pretty hard to believe. Read the listing carefully and if it was actually sold as new, given the time that’s passed, you can now only appeal to your credit card provider for a chargeback.
