Undelivered purchase sent via Posta1

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I made a purchase that was shipped with posta1.

I say it should have been, because, in fact, I have a code and if I track it, it shows as delivered.

But, in reality, I haven't received anything.

The envelope could be lost or stolen (but clearly that's just a guess).

But I put money into this and I need the item I bought. It's not a registered letter, so I don't know what value the delivery confirmation indication can have; in this case the only source is the postman who says he delivered it.

How should I handle this and what should I do to get a refund?

....Even if the postman is involved and says he delivered it, and the seller has a shipping receipt in hand with your address.

Anyway, try asking eBay for help, at worst they’ll refuse.

Unfortunately, very little... try opening a report anyway... it can't hurt to try:

Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
