Purchase not received
Good morning, recently I made two purchases with two different sellers, but after typing in the "buy it now" option, I get the bank’s forwarded message confirming everything, but eBay tells me to check the payment methods again. Support advised me to try making another purchase and, if so, take a screenshot, but by changing the seller, so with a third person, the purchases worked.
That said, for the two cases for which I’d like to request a refund, the prepaid card had enough money, I was careful about exchange rates, and only one of the two sellers replied to the message, but confirming that nothing had reached him and that therefore he couldn’t proceed with the refund..
So what can I do?
I really don’t think the sellers are scammers, so I’m not making accusations or anything, on the contrary, at least one of the two communicated with me and in some way tried to help me, at least I hope.

If they don't show as paid, it's just a pre-authorization by your card issuer but (since the payment didn't go through) the money will be released in a couple of days. If there's a delay you need to contact them.
