good evening everyone, I placed an order without registering. I didn’t receive the confirmation email, but the credit card payment went through successfully. I followed the suggestions to track down my order, but it doesn’t show up anywhere, not even when entering the email I provided as a reference. I contacted customer service and I got a tracking link ([TD_VOD_URL]) that is invalid. For any tracking request they ask me for the order number, which I don’t have. how do I track down my purchase, considering that I have no information, other than the payment?
