Purchase is not being sent
Good morning, I bought a TV that was supposed to be shipped the same day, I didn't receive a tracking number and eBay doesn't say that it has been shipped. The seller no longer responds to messages. Should I be worried? I saw that it's a seller with the eBay guarantee and I used PayPal to pay

Follow the eBay procedure carefully. Use the Paypal dispute as a last resort, only if eBay fails.

So, what procedure did you open?

Mentore1 year agoSo you only made a request... but the seller can refuse... as I said, the buyer cannot cancel the order.
Only if the estimated delivery date has passed can you open a report from the link Mario attached to you...

Mentore1 year agoThe PayPal procedure is slower and more cumbersome than eBay’s, and on eBay you also have 30 days (from the delivery deadline date), whereas on PayPal you have 180 (from payment).
For this reason it’s always better to ask eBay first and, only if that fails, then PayPal.
