I purchased an item including in the total €9.90 for shipping costs. I chose to pick it up at a collection point (New Service-FP, Viale Matteotti, 291 - 20099 SESTO SAN GIOVANNI) that the portal suggested to me, but in order to pick it up I had to pay €1.
After contacting your support center, the operator told me that this can happen even against the will of Ebay. I find this very unfair and even more so the response from your call center. Since I often use e-commerce for various purchases, I have never experienced such a situation, which I will certainly not fail to report to the competent authorities
